Jacksonville Bridal Show New Times and Ticket Information

The Bridal Fantasy Events at the Sawgrass Marriott Golf Resort & Spa just seem to be getting better and better.

This leading wedding expo has recently experienced yet another increase in new popularity. Beginning with the show on August 24th, and in place of the standard fashion show, there will now be two runway fashion events during the day. Therefore, every bride will enjoy the same opportunity to experience the incredible runway fashion regardless the time of day she chooses to arrive!

Because of this factor two different types of tickets are now being sold for both VIP and for general admission brides .

Please consider the following schedule when making your appropriate bridal show ticket purchase:

11:00am – VIP brides are now allowed in at the earlier time of 11:00am. It is up to the discretion of the VIP when she wants to arrive, however, 11:00am is now the time designated for the VIP brides get into the show early for unrestricted access to all the Jacksonville wedding vendors and in advance of the larger crowds. VIP brides and their guests arriving after 11:00am may or may not receive the full benefit of this perk. Be sure to get there early!
12:00pm – General admission brides and guests are allowed into the bridal show.
2:00pm – Seating for the FIRST fashion show starts! Only a limited number of VIP and General Admission tickets will be sold for this early time slot!
2:30pm – FIRST FASHION SHOW BEGINS!
4:00pm – Seating for the SECOND  fashion show starts for the remaining VIP and General Admission ticket holders.
4:30pm – SECOND FASHION SHOW BEGINS! Vendors begin to break down.
5:30pm – Second fashion show ends and the event closes.

VIP ticket holders are provided all the benefits afforded General Admission ticket holders plus the following amenities to enhance the overall experience of these shows:

• Early bridal show entry at 11:00am in advance of the general admission ticket holders
• FREE gift at the show’s registration counter when they arrive
• Reserved VIP seating at the fashion show of their choice (must have purchased the appropriate ticket)
• 1st 50 VIP brides to arrive at the event receive a designer tote by Sunisha Designs

There’s a saying around here at the Jacksonville Bridal Fantasy office declaring “We cast a wide net but the focus is always on quality!”

This means we extend invitations to a wide-ranging audience but the underlying goal is to make the Jacksonville Bridal Fantasy a sophisticated and high-valued event each and every time; making it a bridal show where everyone involved is excited and proud to be a part of – brides and vendors alike.

Each Jacksonville Bridal Fantasy event provides specific amenities for the local bride not easily found elsewhere:

For these and many other reasons this particular wedding expo has been referred to time and again as the superior bridal show in the greater Jacksonville area and possibly one for the ages; and the show keeps getting better and better!

One of the basic elements associated with this particular bridal expo are the pre and post show giveaways.

In addition to exclusive amenities offered at these events, this is also the bridal show that will hold contests leading up to and after each event such as “WIN A DINNER & A MOVIE ON US” – (Two AMC movie tickets plus a $50 gift card for dinner PLUS two VIP tickets to the Bridal Fantasy at the Sawgrass Marriott in August).

Runner-up prizes and additional giveaways also include Starbuck gift cards, complimentary hotel rooms, and most winners receive VIP tickets to the next upcoming shows.

Each contest, and individual pre and post show giveaways, are generally valued at around $100 and up. This means multiple times annually, prior to and after each bridal show, we’re giving away $1000’s in cash and prizes to lucky brides in the Jacksonville area – not including all that is given away the day of the show itself! Wow!

More recently we had one such Facebook Contest where we asked local brides to locate one of the posters we put in the local Publix stores – any Publix store. We asked them to take a picture, post it on Facebook, make a comment, and share it!

The response was tremendous as we promoted this contest on all three of our Facebook pages.

The recent winner decided to get a little creative and post a “selfie” with some added flair! She now receives a “DINNER & A MOVIE” on us!

We’ll be sending her a $25 AMC movie theater gift card, a $50 VISA gift card to use at any restaurant in town, PLUS two free VIP tickets to the August bridal show at the Sawgrass Marriott valued at $25 each; all for just having some fun and participating in one of our contests. Total value of the winnings: $125.00!

Runner up prizes include general admission tickets and Starbuck gift cards.

Overall, we are very encouraged by the participation in what was our first contest for the upcoming wedding expo! By all preliminary accounts we’re headed towards another grand event at the bridal show in August at the Sawgrass Marriott!

The theme this summer is “The Secret Garden” and will turn the Sawgrass Marriott ballroom into a whimsical garden delight. The bridal fashion show is coordinated by Celebrity Stylist Beth Sullivan of Sei Bella Image Consulting. Her team of talented stylists along with an army of some of the leading fashion specialists from in and around Jacksonville will deliver yet again what is arguably the best bridal fashion show in Jacksonville and possibly even in the state of Florida!

Brides who chose the VIP treatment will be given front row seating at the fashion show and will also be allowed into the show an hour early. The first 50 VIP brides to arrive will receive a free designer tote! All VIP brides will receive a free gift at the door plus be entered to win a Carnival Cruise vacation in addition to the SANDALS vacation participating brides are eligible to receive.

Future grooms can enjoy the event as well, with a casino lounge made just for them where winners can pick the door prizes that they want.
